Asan-Mai'na Bus Stop/Billboard Project:
The Asan-Maina mayor’s offices, together with the PEACE staff, developed anti-drug and anti-alcohol campaigns. A total of six signs were placed throughout the villages on billboards and bus stops. The messages displayed common negative slang terms of abusing harmful substances and transformed it into positive messages.

Chalan Pago/Ordot Bus Stop Project

Chalan Pago/Ordot- Painting of Bus Stop Project: PEACE staff and more than 20 community volunteers and youth from Chalan Pago/Ordot participated in a beautification project that kicked off on April 9, 2005.

Chalan Pago/Ordot Billboard Project Chalan Pago/Ordot Billboard Project:
The Mayors’ staff of Chalan Pago/Ordot, community volunteers and youth decorated anti-drug billboards and posted it near the mayor’s office and on Veteran’s Highway.

Hagatna Poster Contest Hagatna Poster Contest:
The Hagatna Mayor’s Office held an anti-drug poster contest titled “Let’s Keep Our Capital Drug-Alcohol and Tobacco Free” on May 14, 2005.

The winners of the poster contest were Kenisha Taijeron (middle school division) and Damien Camacho (elementary division). Not featured is high school division winner Jaylene Rabe.
Presentations at MTM Presentations at the MTM (Jose Rios):
PEACE staff presented on the dangers of using tobacco to the Merizo Mayor’s Summer Adventure Program participants on July 12, 2005. The presentations were held at the Mong-Mong/Toto/Maite Mayor’s Office.
